location good, but room issues persist

bathroom ants thin walls

the room showed its age. i noticed ants in the bathroom. also, the shower head leaked a lot. it made showering less enjoyable, the walls seemed thin, i could hear conversations and other noises from neighboring rooms easily. this lack of soundproofing was disruptive, especially at night.
